He has a slight power advantage, and is most definitely more skilled than BOZ Goku.

Chrome Favourite Manga One Piece	Are you sure he's more skilled? Sure, Goku didn't have King Kai's training, but what about Master Roshi, Korin, and Kami? I think Goku in terms of skill is more than a force to be reckoned with.

It seemed like he could barely fly.

The difference in power would be all the difference that's needed IMO.

They are both very skilled Naill was training as a martual artist all of his life and he was older than Goku he is knowdest very well with ki energy and has the regeneration,on the other hand Goku was at 23 years old experienced in battle and many skills by many masters,if it wasn't for the regeneration I would give it to Goku he would have surpassed the little difference in there powers but the regeneration give this to Nail

He's a saiyan, which is a warrior race. Although namekians have a warrior class, they are a peaceful people and even though Nail would train a lot, he wouldn't meet any real villains and improve his feats.

I think it would be like Goku vs Piccolo Jr. a long epic battle between the two and in the end Goku would find a way to win but just barley and when the fight would be over Goku would colapse to the ground saying something like "good fight" or "that was intense" and pass out himself.

Chrome Favourite Manga Dragonball Z	Nail has slight power advantage, but that's not what makes him win. His skills. Nail has probably been trained under by many teachers and in an ancient way. He is trained to be a protector and for that high powerlevel for a namekian warrior, he definitely is very skilled compared to how rusty Goku was back in those days, as he had trouble flying during combat.
